Shame on you Gold medal - you should be wanting to keep your customers that are willing to book holidays in these uncertain time’s - not walk all over them & charge them the earth because of a miscommunication on your behalf! We booked our holiday of a lifetime to Australia, New Zealand and the Cook Islands in March of this year. Very very shady company.
