It is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring La Digue. First, well before our arrival, I realized I was off on my booking by a day - a quick email had my reservation adjusted immediately.

L’archipel des Seychelles se prête aussi aux safaris nature. We love the pool view, the gin hut and the staff!

The hotel's waterfront location is conveniently close walking distance to the jetty and small town, and only a 10-minute bike ride to the famous Anse Source d'Argent plus many other beautiful beaches. The famous Anse Source d'Argent can get busy during peak season, but there also many other beautiful beaches such as Petit Anse and Anse Cocos that were virtually empty even in normal times of February. Aux Seychelles, La Digue a tout d’un paradis.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you could wish for and they open up right on to the pool, bar, restaurant and view of the ocean. Each room comes with a set of bikes to rent, which we used each day. Stuart and Natasha, the owners, are always on hand to help or offer advice about the island and communication with them is always warm and easy. I worked remotely online from here for my whole stay and the WiFi is fast + consistent including for conference calls and Zoom meetings.

Food was excellent with a high quality three-course dinner and breakfast (we were half board) whilst lunch options were readily available and at a very reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and more than comfortable! L’eau turquoise est idéale pour se baigner et faire de la plongée libre.

Le Nautique is usually booked out up to a year in advance, but due to Seychelles closing the border for a few months I was fortunate to be able to book an extended stay in June/July.
