WiFi is free, and this hotel also features a snack bar/deli and breakfast. Hyde Park is minutes away. Hello Annma27, Thank you for your feedback. Some of the air conditioning units in the room are very noisy and need to be turned off to sleep and some units do not provide enough cooling. The in-room safe would not work. Very clean and comfortable hotel which I regularly stay at.
I know it's London but a little bit more space and a sense of privacy would be appropriate for 3 stars.
